Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary credentials and be prepared to meet specific health history requirements to ensure patient safety and compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Complete necessary licensure and certification verifications as part of the hiring process.
• Conduct and maintain personal health history records, including vaccinations and health statements.
• Participate in ongoing competency and skills assessments specific to the healthcare specialty.
• Assist with patient care activities and ensure compliance with security agreements and audits.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current License/Certification Verification.
• Fit Test for respirator use.
• Provider education verification and background check.
• Completion of relevant health screenings and vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
• Drug screening as part of the onboarding process.
• Completion of the Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.
