Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents by:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Completing work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting unit turns, including inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining common areas and grounds to uphold property standards
• Responding to maintenance requests with a customer-service mindset
• Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures
