What You’ll Need: Board Certification in Critical Care (BC Critical Care) Valid Massachusetts Medical License BLS and ACLS Certifications Minimum of 1 year ICU experience Proficiency with Epic EMR software Ability to supervise internal medicine residents and perform procedures as needed Nice to Have: Experience in a teaching hospital environment Additional certifications or specialized skills in critical care procedures Familiarity with patient management in a 20-bed ICU Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school At least one year of recent ICU practice, preferably in a similar setting Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts (7 PM – 8 AM) and weekends as scheduled Local candidates only—no travel paid Willingness to perform procedures when residents are unavailable Must be prepared to supervise and backfill scheduling gaps as needed Take the next step in your critical care career by applying now and joining a supportive team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.
