Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Allendale, MI

Make a meaningful impact supporting students in elementary and middle school grades as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity begins August 18, 2026, and extends through June 16, 2027, with a steady 37.5-hour workweek. This position welcomes both Clinical Fellows seeking their CFY and experienced SLP-CCC professionals. Comprehensive supervision and mentorship are readily available, providing a supportive framework for early-career clinicians to build confidence and skills.


Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
• Eligible for, or holding, current state licensure
• SLP-CCC or new graduates pursuing CFY (supervision provided)
• Experience or strong interest in working with students in grades 4-8
• Understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaboration within school settings
• Compassionate, flexible, and skilled in communicating with students, families, and team members

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for assigned students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and special education staff
• Support IEP development, attend meetings, document progress, and advocate for student needs
• Adapt to caseload changes and student needs as they arise
