Why this role?

You’re the person who asks “What’s the root cause?”—then proves it. In this off-shift role, you’ll keep essential equipment healthy: align drives, pipefit new lines, weld and fabricate small components, and return machines to spec.

What you’ll do

Pipefitting, welding, and small-scale fabrication to support installs and repairs
Precision alignment of belts, sheaves, and rotating assemblies
System-level troubleshooting across hydraulics and pneumatics
Assembly and rebuild work on complex mechanical systems
Assist with CNC equipment installation and set-up

You bring

High school diploma or GED
One of the following credentials:
- 8+ years documented millwright/machine repair experience
- Completion of a bona fide apprenticeship with certificate
- Journeyman Millwright status
- Journeyman Machine Repair status

Nice to have

Demonstrated troubleshooting experience with hydraulic and pneumatic machinery
