Strategic Finance Analyst

One of our clients, a rapidly growing company in the Upstate of South Carolina, is hiring a Strategic Finance Analyst. This high‑impact role is designed for a finance professional on an accelerated development path. This position combines hands‑on analytical excellence with progressive leadership development. The successful candidate will participate in strategic planning and lead projects on value creation requiring cross‑functional leadership. This is a hybrid opportunity in Greenville, SC. What you will do Strategic Business Partnership & Value Creation Co‑lead the development of recurring P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts Partner directly with business unit leadership on strategic initiatives Build and maintain strategic financial models that evaluate market expansion, product innovation, and operational excellence opportunities Own the development of scenario analyses for strategic alternatives, presenting directly to BU leadership team and the Commercial Review Team in IBP Develop expertise in IBP processes Performance Leadership & Executive Communication Lead monthly business reviews for specific product lines and customers Create and deliver C‑suite level presentations on business performance, strategic initiatives, and investment recommendations Develop and implement early‑warning systems that identify performance gaps Build relationships with division‑level finance leadership through regular interaction and project collaboration Partner with Product Line Management as primary finance liaison, influencing pricing strategies and commercial terms Design and implement post‑investment review processes that drive organizational learning Lead capacity planning initiatives with operations Create portfolio optimization frameworks that evaluate product, customer, and market profitability Organizational Development & Team Leadership Lead cross‑functional project teams on strategic initiatives, building influence without authority Design and deliver financial acumen training to non‑finance business partners Champion digital transformation initiatives that enhance analytical capabilities Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across all business unit functions Required Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business MBA preferred or commitment to complete within role Professional Experience 3‑6 years of progressive finance experience with demonstrated acceleration Prior experience in strategic/commercial finance, FP&A or operations finance in a manufacturing environment preferred Track record of leading complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders Evidence of rapid career progression and expanding responsibilities Experience with IBP or S&OP processes highly desirable Technical & Leadership Capabilities Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise Executive‑level communication and presentation skills Strategic thinking with pragmatic execution ability Demonstrated leadership potential through prior team or project leadership Strong commercial acumen and business judgment Change management and transformation experience Digital finance and advanced analytics proficiency For confidential consideration, please email View email address on click.appcast.io or apply directly! #J-18808-Ljbffr
