Class A CDL Truck Driver

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class A CDL Roll-Off Driver to join our team in Selma, California. This position is responsible for operating a roll-off truck to pick up 30-yard bins and compactors and deliver totes to bakery customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer-service skills, and the flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and operational needs. A valid CDL with no automatic-transmission restriction is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a roll-off truck in compliance with company, DOT, and local safety regulations.
• Pick up and transport 30-yard bins and compactors from bakery customer locations.
• Deliver totes to bakery customers according to scheduled routes.
• Complete pickups and deliveries safely, accurately, and on time.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Properly secure loads and confirm equipment is handled safely.
• Report vehicle, equipment, route, or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Schedule and Hours

• Monday through Friday availability is required.
• Approximately 40–45 hours per week.
• Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
• Candidates must be flexible with start times, scheduling changes, and operational demands.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• No automatic-transmission restriction.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and responsible equipment operation.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to adapt to changing routes, schedules, and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous roll-off truck experience.
• Experience handling large bins, compactors, or similar equipment.
• Familiarity with commercial pickup-and-delivery routes.
