JobDescription:

WeareseekingatalentedandexperiencedArea DirectortojoinaBrandbasedoutofCleveland, OH.

Asthe Area Director,youwillberesponsibleforleadinganddirectingourstoreleaderstowardsoperationalexcellence.

Thisrolerequiresaself-motivatedindividualwithexceptionalorganizationalskills,adaptabilitytochange,andacreativemindsettoovercomechallengeswhileensuringbrandstandardsandfinancialsuccess.

YouwillprovidestrategicguidancetoourteamofGeneralManagersensuringadherencetosystemsandprocessesatthestorelevel,whilealsocontributingtotheoverallvisionofthecompany.

PrincipalDutiesandResponsibilities:

  • Engagewithunitsandteamleadersinahands-onapproach,supportingthefield.
  • Holdallleadershipaccountableforupholdingbrandstandards.
  • Mentorallpositionswithintheorganizationtofosterengagementandsuccess,ensuringavailabilityfortheirdevelopment.
  • Support,reinforce,andaligndecisionswiththeuniquecultureofourcompany.
  • AssistGeneralManagersindeliveringexceptionalguestexperiencesatourrestaurants.
  • TrainanddevelopGeneralManagers,managecareerexpectationsforthemanagementteam,andclearlycommunicatebrandandcompanystandards.
  • Understand,define,andexecutethepurpose,requirements,anddesiredresultsofallcompanyprograms.
  • Leadtheareainimplementingtheseprograms,includingrestaurantmarketing,training/talent,andrecruitingfunctions.
  • DevelopandmanagebusinessplanningprocessesincollaborationwithGeneralManagers,includinganalyzingexternalandinternalenvironmentstoidentifyareasforimprovementandrecommendingnecessarychanges.
  • Takefullresponsibilityforthefinancialperformanceofthecompany,overseeingthefinancialanalysisofindividualrestaurantsandthedistrict,andmakingrecommendationsforimprovement.
  • Manageallaspectsoftherestaurant'sEBITDA,includingbudgetplanning,management,andperformance.
  • Analyzebusinesstrendsandfinancialdatatoassessandimproveperformance,bothoperationallyandfinancially.

Qualifications:

  • Minimumof5yearsofmulti-unitmanagementexperiencewithaprovenrecordofsuccess.
  • Strongknowledgeandskillsinanalyzingprofitandlossstatementsandthe overallfinancialperformanceofthecompany.
  • Proficiencyinstaffingwithatrackrecordofachievingresults.
  • Familiaritywithlaborlaws.

AdditionalRequirements:

  • Mustpossesstheabilitytolead,motivate,andempowermanagerstoachievehigherlevelsofperformance.
  • Abilitytoaligntheteamwiththecompany'sculturebystrikingabalancebetweenseriousnessandfun.
  • Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills.
  • Willingnesstorecognizepersonalshortcomingsandactivelyseekimprovement.
  • Proficientinsettinggoals,creatingplans,andtranslatingplansintoactionforindividualrestaurantsandtheentiredistrict.
  • Abilitytomeasureperformanceobjectivelyandsubjectively,holdingdirectaccountabilitytomeetperformanceexpectations.
