Dining Room Manager

Join our Dining Leadership team at Covenant Living of Keene as a Dining Room Manager in Keene, NH. Covenant Living of Keene is a continuing care retirement community within the not‑for‑profit Covenant Living organization that focuses on employee well‑being, professional development, career growth, and robust total rewards. Responsibilities Direct daily operations of food delivery and service operations in the Dining Room. Ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources to perform their jobs. Oversee all dining room operations, including table service, food bars, and buffet lines. Manage inventory of food, equipment, and supplies, ensuring the dining room is clean, neat, and fully stocked. Ensure the dining room provides an excellent customer experience. Maintain compliance with sanitation guidelines, federal and state regulations, and Senior Living / Healthcare requirements. Train, coach, and mentor employees with a customer hospitality orientation. Establish and maintain operating and safety standards and implement process improvements. Schedule 40 team members, including shift coverage. Conduct annual performance reviews for all reporting team members. Qualifications High school diploma. Food safety certifications. 3+ years of work experience in dining operations. 2+ years of leadership experience in dining. Formal dining room operations experience preferred. Knowledge of computer programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and restaurant point‑of‑sale systems. Bar and alcohol handling and knowledge preferred. Knowledge of catering including setup, breakdown, client meetings, and program support. Compensation Pay range: $56,028.00 – $77,120.25 per year. The range reflects job‑related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and internal and external equity considerations. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
