Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Temple, TX
We’re seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Temple, Texas . This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on support to patients in their rehabilitation journey while working alongside experienced Physical Therapists and an interdisciplinary care team.

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary by facility)
Active Physical Therapist Assistant License (Texas)
BLS certification (required)
New graduates accepted ; SNF experience preferred
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility assistance
Monitor and document patient progress and report updates to supervising PTs
Educate patients and families on safe movement techniques and exercises
Ensure compliance with facility standards and state practice guidelines
Support patient recovery goals with compassion and professionalism
13-week contract assignment
