Step into our state-of-the-art facility and turn raw stock into tightly toleranced components that keep our customers moving. As a CNC Turning Specialist, you’ll own the full turning process—from programming to setup to final inspection—while collaborating with a supportive team that values your craftsmanship and ideas.

You kick off by reviewing prints and planning your approach. You load tools, dial in your setup, write or edit programs, and run first-off parts. Throughout the shift, you monitor each cycle, adjust offsets to keep dimensions on target, and troubleshoot issues before they become roadblocks. Along the way, you inspect parts with precision instruments and document results, all while keeping your work area clean and efficient.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts that meet specification.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan machining strategies.
• Track machine performance during runs and make adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC turning equipment.
• Inspect finished components for accuracy and conformance to requirements.
• Work with teammates to refine processes and increase throughput.
• Maintain an orderly, safe work area to support productivity and quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining-related technical training/certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a CNC lathe machinist (or closely related turning role).
• Confidence reading prints and specifications.
• Solid understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
• Skill using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Sharp problem-solving ability and impeccable attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and with a team in a fast-moving environment.
