MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Maintenance SupervisorBanner Property Management is seeking a skilled, hands-on and customer-focused Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of our 325-unit community, The Greenway at Carol Stream Apartments.The Maintenance Supervisor will partner closely with the Property Manager to ensure the community remains safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. This role blends leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on technical work and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all property maintenance operations and daily workflowsLead, coach, schedule, and support the maintenance teamConduct regular unit inspections and implement preventative maintenance plansRespond promptly to resident service requests and complete work orders efficientlyManage all phases of apartment turns (make-readies), including cleaning, drywall repair, and appliance workMaintain pool care, grounds upkeep, and overall curb appealCoordinate with vendors and oversee contracted services as neededRecommend and assist with planning capital improvements and repairsParticipate in an on-call rotation; overtime and weekend work may be required – on-call bonus includedAt Banner, we prioritize our teams, offer opportunities for growth, and are proud to promote from within.
