She Recruits is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for wound care to join a thriving post-acute practice in the Lansing, MI area. • Provide direct wound care management, including dressing changes, prevention, and complication recognition.

• Educate and mentor facility staff on wound care best practices.

• NP or PA with active Michigan license.

• Background in wound, ostomy, foot, or continence care.

• Certified wound care clinician preferred, but strong experience considered.

• DEA license preferred (not required).

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

• Expected range: $115,000 $150,000 annually (productivity-based, no income cap).
