Offices near Cleveland, Akron, and Cincinnati, OH.
Responsibilities
- Establish workload delegations and ensure completion of needed projects
- Mentor and lead other employees in the department
- Identify, build, and secure new client relationships
- Develop a strong network of professional contacts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm REQUIRED.
- CPA required
- The ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams of people.
- Strong corporate tax and/or high net worth individual background and technical skills
