Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on travel or hospitality sectors. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and leadership. Willingness to travel as needed to oversee project implementation and conduct site visits. Nice to have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience working with international travel projects or managing travel logistics across multiple regions. Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a project context. Knowledge of travel industry regulations and compliance standards. Experience in vendor management and negotiation skills.
