We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to our patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in ENT medical care, ensuring our patients receive top-notch service.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality diagnostic patient careConduct patient assessments, evaluate symptoms, and develop care plans in collaboration with our team of ENT specialistsPerform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately to define appropriate treatment plansEducate patients and their families about treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulationsCollaborate with our audiologists and speech pathologists and outside healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance ENT care knowledge and skills.Evaluation and Management of patientsAbility to work independently and as a team with patients, staff, and providers.What makes us different?Monday to Friday Schedule (8 am-5 pm), 1st call every 7 weeks.A generous salary and a lucrative production-based compensation package with the obtainable opportunity to far exceed national salary benchmark levels.A great benefits package with PTO and CME fundsTraining and support for new grads or new to the setting.Supportive leadership team to optimize operations, marketing, HR, IT, billing, compliance, community outreach, and so much more!Qualifications you will need:Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification in the state of Kansas.New graduates are welcome to apply!
