Financial Controller

I'm hiring a Financial Controller to join a well-funded, high-growth medical device company developing innovative technology for the treatment of cardiovascular disease. With an expanding U.S. presence and continued commercial growth, this is an opportunity to become a key part of the organisation at an important stage of its development. You'll become the key finance representative for the U.S. business, working closely with executive leadership and the international finance team. This is deliberately a broad, hands-on role: you'll take ownership of day-to-day accounting and reporting while helping build the financial infrastructure required to support continued U.S. growth. The opportunity has significant progression. As the business scales, you'll have the opportunity to build and ultimately lead the U.S. finance function, making this particularly suited to someone who wants greater ownership, visibility and influence than a traditional Controller position. Key experience: Strong hands-on accounting/controllership experience across close, reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll and audit. Experience within a growing MedTech, biotech, life sciences or similarly dynamic organisation preferred. Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience working with ERP/accounting systems. Confident communicator capable of partnering directly with senior executives and international stakeholders.
