System Verification Project Manager

The System Verification Project Manager will provide comprehensive project and operational support for the Client, partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive project planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, quality activities, and testing readiness. This role is responsible for ensuring effective project execution, maintaining project controls, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and supporting product development activities. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management processes that support successful project execution. Partner with cross‑functional teams to coordinate and execute project activities and deliverables. Lead planning and execution activities, including project planning, schedule development and maintenance, execution tracking, documentation management, and status reporting. Identify, document, monitor, and mitigate project and workstream risks, ensuring risk records and mitigation plans remain current and actionable. Support hardware and software configuration management processes, including configuration identification, documentation, and record management. Support defect management activities, including identification, tracking, resolution, and closure of defects while coordinating associated workflows and stakeholders. Coordinate resource planning activities by aligning staffing requirements with functional leaders, identifying resource gaps, and supporting mitigation plans to maintain project objectives. Participate in product development activities and provide input to ensure alignment with quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Develop, maintain, and track workstream objectives and key results (OKRs), ensuring alignment with project goals and priorities. Coordinate and facilitate verification and testing activities, including pre‑verification and formal verification efforts. Develop and manage test plans, protocols, scripts, tools, and supporting documentation required for verification activities. Coordinate test facility readiness activities and ensure testing environments meet required standards and authorization requirements. Support verification readiness assessments and activities required to initiate formal testing. Oversee and coordinate test execution activities, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to approved processes. Manage testing issue identification, failure triage, and resolution activities in partnership with technical teams. Organize test documentation required for regulatory and quality submissions. Maintain accurate project records, schedules, risks, action items, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, resource planning, and execution tracking. Experience supporting verification/testing activities or systems engineering activities; experience in a regulated environment is preferred. Medical device development experience preferred. Experience working with cross‑functional engineering, quality, and regulatory teams. Familiarity with configuration management, defect tracking systems, and change control processes. Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
