Data Engineer

Automate a currently manual, Excel-based monthly data process (data extraction, reference-data lookups, and file generation) that today relies on manual CSV exports, spreadsheet formulas, and manual file distribution. Required technical profile: Python (building the data pipeline/ETL logic, replicating spreadsheet lookup and matching logic, and generating output files programmatically) SQL(comfortable writing and adapting queries against a cloud data warehouse) Google BigQuery(direct experience querying and scheduling extracts from BQ) Power BI(building/connecting live reports to replace static Excel outputs) Nice-to-have: Familiarity with legacy Excel / VBA processes, since part of the work involves understanding and replacing existing macro-driven logic Resource: A mid-level data engineer (C1) comfortable working independently across the full stack above (rather than a narrow specialist in just one tool) is likely the best fit.
