Job Title: Director of Nursing
Location: Gifford, IL
Pay Rate: $60–$66/hr
Schedule: Full-time, flexible day schedule
Shifts: Variable – Days (8-hour shifts)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Director of Nursing for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gifford, IL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement care plans and clinical policies
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation

Requirements

• Active RN license (IL or compact)
• Previous DON or leadership experience in LTC
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2–3 years leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
