Finance & Accounting ConsultingTravel Required: Up to 10%Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain SecretWhat You Will Do:Analyze financial execution data, revenue, expenditures, and workload trendsCompare planned versus actual performance and identify key drivers of variancesDevelop financial forecasts and projections to support decision-makingPerform research and analysis regarding operational and financial impacts of changing mission requirementsSupport development of annual and out-year financial projections.Monitor execution against approved plans and recommend corrective actions when necessarySupport annual billing rate development and validation effortsAnalyze customer demand, revenue generation, and execution performanceResearch and respond to customer and stakeholder financial inquiriesWhat You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.Bachelor's degreeTHREE (3) or more years of relevant data analysis or data management experience, consistent with senior-level technical labor categoriesRelevant experience with financial forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, etc.Must be able to be onsite 5 days a weekWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Experience supporting DoW, Air Force, USTRANSCOM, or Working Capital Fund organizations.Experience supporting budget execution and financial planning activitiesExperience working with large financial and operational datasetsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in complex environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex data challengesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsThe annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00.
