The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Primary Care team. This is a rewarding outpatient role ideal for a compassionate, skilled provider who is passionate about serving a vibrant urban population.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $85 $90/hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and preventive screenings

• Provide patient education and wellness counseling

• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans

• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed

• Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and collaborate with the clinical care team

Qualifications

• Master s degree in Nursing (APRN)

• Active New York State NP license and board certification (FNP, ANP, or AGNP)

• DEA license with prescriptive authority

• 1 2 years of primary care experience preferred

• Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
