The Asset Manager is one of three co-equal seats at the center of that effort, alongside our Investor Relations Lead and Acquisitions Associate, reporting directly into our weekly Capital operating rhythm. What you'll own: Post-closing business plan execution for every acquired property — from day one of ownership through eventual hold/sell/refinance decisions NOI optimization and ongoing budget management across the portfolio Capital planning, including CapEx prioritization and sequencing Leasing strategy oversight in coordination with our Brokerage division Debt management and refinancing coordination as properties mature Investor reporting — real, accurate numbers on a real cadence Direct oversight of third-party or in-house Property Managers and Construction Managers Full ownership of your division's KPIs, reviewed weekly --- Who We're Looking For Real, hands-on asset management experience — ideally office or mixed-use commercial real estate, not purely theoretical or transactional Genuine financial fluency: underwriting, NOI analysis, budgeting, and capital planning are things you do, not just understand Comfortable owning outcomes, not just producing reports this seat carries real fiduciary weight from day one Entrepreneurial by temperament — we're an active, growing platform, not an established mega-manager with layers of support staff between you and the decision Values alignment matters as much as the resume: we operate under our own COVENANT — Create Opportunity, Operate With Wisdom, Value Relationships, Execute With Excellence, Never Lose Faith, Act With Urgency, Negotiate to Win, Take Responsibility.
