Store Manager

We are seeking a polished, entrepreneurial, and service-focused Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique in Bal Harbour, Florida. This full-time leadership role is responsible for the customer experience, sales performance, team development, daily operations, and inventory management. The Store Manager leads all aspects of boutique operations, ensuring exceptional client service, strong commercial performance, and consistent execution of luxury brand standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on retail leadership experience and a passion for premium home, lifestyle, and design-driven products. This role is responsible for cultivating client relationships, coaching a high-performing team, managing store operations and inventory, supporting e-commerce fulfillment, and maintaining effective communication with U.S. leadership and the international head office. Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Pay: $36.50 per hour Schedule: Must be available to support weekend shifts and scheduling needs Location: Bal Harbour, FL 33154 Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales goals, KPIs, and service standards. Create an elevated, personalized client experience reflective of a luxury retail environment. Develop lasting relationships with clients, interior designers, hospitality partners, and local businesses. Drive clienteling initiatives, private appointments, local outreach, and partnership opportunities. Review sales performance and implement action plans to capture business opportunities. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance feedback, and scheduling for store associates. Store Operations & Brand Standards Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store safety, and operational compliance. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with brand guidelines. Ensure the boutique is organized, welcoming, well maintained, and prepared to deliver a luxury experience every day. Prepare and communicate sales, inventory, operational, and performance reports. Coordinate maintenance needs, supply orders, and administrative tasks. Partner with retail leadership and the international head office to align priorities, launches, and operating standards. Inventory & Merchandise Management Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and control procedures. Monitor stock levels, identify replenishment needs, and communicate product updates to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate merchandise receiving, transfers, allocations, and product organization. Minimize inventory discrepancies and ensure merchandise is handled according to company procedures. Support product launches, seasonal collections, and new merchandising initiatives. Monitor online sales activity and ensure accurate, timely order processing and fulfillment. Coordinate packaging, shipping, delivery follow-up, and customer communication for e-commerce orders. Maintain accurate online inventory availability and elevate discrepancies promptly. Business Performance Analyze store performance, labor needs, expenses, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Manage scheduling to support business demand, client appointments, weekends, holidays, and special events. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and established operating procedures. Act as a proactive brand ambassador within the Bal Harbour luxury retail community. Qualifications 3–5 years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury retail, home and lifestyle, fashion, or premium hospitality. Demonstrated success leading teams and driving sales in a client-focused environment. Strong communication, organizational, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Experience with inventory systems, point-of-sale tools, reporting, and e-commerce operations. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and remain composed in a fast-paced setting. A genuine passion for luxury products, design, hospitality, and exceptional customer service. Fluency in English is required; Turkish language skills are highly preferred.
