As our Procurement Manager, you’ll lead the sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services essential to our construction projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across all procurement activities. You will help establish and manage GPO involvement for additional purchasing saving opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgetsPerform takeoffs and create estimatesSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractorsManage vendor relationships and performanceMonitor inventory levels and forecast material needsEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of procurement experience in the construction industryStrong negotiation, analytical, and communication skillsProficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of local and national building material suppliersExperience purchasing material and/or equipment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchOpportunities for professional developmentA collaborative and supportive work environment
