Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse in a healthcare facility. The position involves providing direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, assisting with equipment and inventory, and maintaining communication with physicians to ensure high-quality care within a fast-paced environment. The role is scheduled for daytime shifts, supporting a full-time schedule.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); ACLS certification upon hire and maintained current; at least 1 year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Laboratory doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care area.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory or similar setting.
• Additional Information: The nurse will address psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment, communicate continuously with physicians, and assist with maintaining laboratory readiness and supplies. Participation in performance improvement and quality activities is expected. No additional operational information is included.
