Build relationships

– Get to know our customers, understand what matters to them, and help them make informed decisions about protecting their families, income, and assets. Grow the business

– Work with prospects and existing customers to identify opportunities, quote coverage, follow up, and help drive new business for the agency. Develop your expertise

– Learn our products, systems, sales process, and approach to customer relationships while continuing to sharpen your skills as an insurance professional. Learn how a successful agency operates

– As you grow in the role, you’ll gain greater exposure to how we manage sales activity, develop team members, track performance, improve processes, market the agency, and create consistent results. Grow into leadership

– We want someone who is interested in taking on more responsibility over time. As our agency grows and leadership opportunities become available, this position is designed to prepare the right person to step into a larger role within the organization. Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based commission and bonuses, with additional earning potential.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm Agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required by the Agent.
