Managing Broker — Oklahoma (Full‐Time Leadership Role)

Position Overview

The Managing Broker serves as the designated broker responsible for supervision, compliance, operational clarity, and agent development within an Oklahoma real estate brokerage. This role ensures all brokerage activity is conducted in accordance with the Oklahoma Real Estate License Code and Rules, with a focus on documentation accuracy, ethical practice, and high‐standards leadership.

Core Responsibilities

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

• Maintain full compliance with OREC rules , Oklahoma statutes, and brokerage policies.
• Review, approve, and audit listings, contracts, amendments, and transaction files.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping and supervise trust account handling when applicable.
• Respond to OREC inquiries, investigations, and compliance matters with clarity and timeliness.
• Implement and enforce brokerage policies, documentation standards, and risk‐management procedures.

Supervision & Agent Support

• Provide daily supervision of all affiliated licensees.
• Offer contract guidance, transaction support, and problem‐solving for active deals.
• Conduct training on contracts, disclosures, timelines, ethics, and best practices.
• Mentor agents and support their professional development through structured coaching.

Operational Leadership

• Oversee brokerage workflow, compliance systems, and operational processes.
• Maintain office policies, procedures, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate with administrative staff, transaction coordination, and leadership teams.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding, license renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Leads relationship‐based agent attraction by identifying high‐quality professionals who fit the brokerage’s standards and culture

Risk Management

• Identify and mitigate legal, ethical, and operational risks.
• Ensure proper use of forms, disclosures, timelines, and communication standards.
• Maintain a culture of documentation, accountability, and professionalism.

Culture & Representation

• Model integrity, professionalism, and service‐driven leadership.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative, high‐standards environment.
• Represent the brokerage in the community and industry when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Broker License in good standing.
• Minimum 2–5 years of Oklahoma real estate experience (broker‐associate or managing broker preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Oklahoma contracts, disclosures, and OREC rules.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and support agents.
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage leadership or compliance roles.
• Familiarity with MLS systems, TransactionDesk, and brokerage technology platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple agents and transactions simultaneously.
• Strong coaching, conflict‐resolution, and operational leadership skills.
