Key Responsibilities

Design comprehensive AI solutions integrating the latest AI technology developments.
Lead architectural discussions with clients across AI PC, Edge, Data Centre, and Public Cloud.
Drive AI and cloud architecture optimization for client solutions.
Architect innovative AI solutions from ideation to MVP, delivering business value.
Provide strategic guidance on incorporating Generative AI into business operations.
Engage in workshops, briefings, and strategic dialogues with clients.
The author taught leadership content and spoke at industry events.

Technical & Engineering Leadership

Expertise in AI solution design with an understanding of GPU/NPU, Cognitive Infrastructure, and Copilot domains.
Experience collaborating with global partners such as Google, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, IBM, and more.
Knowledge of open-source technologies (Kubernetes, OPEA) and cloud platforms.

Service Delivery & Innovation

Ensure solutions align with AI best practices across environments.
Drive adoption of cutting-edge GenAI technologies, pushing boundaries in AI integration.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement

Engage with multiple customers, fostering consultative relationships.
Maintain hands-on technical credibility and mentor other team members.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

15+ years in architecture design and 10+ years in software engineering.
Professional expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Proficient in Python, Java, or Go languages.
Advanced machine learning and GenAI models (GPT, BERT, etc.).
Familiarity with Copilot solutions in software engineering and office productivity.
Agile and Scrum project management experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with GenAI operations (LLMOps) and AI governance.
Proficiency in data engineering, feature engineering, and AI pipeline creation.
Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, governance, and bias mitigation.
Deep Learning Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Certifications

Professional certification from Google, Microsoft, or AWS in AI or Cloud-related domains.

Soft Skills

Exemplary communication and leadership skills.
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and cross-cultural collaboration
