Regional Director Operations

Job Details Job Location: Columbus, OH 43215 Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 Responsibilities Provides general oversight and guidance to Community Executive Director Establishes, in conjunction with the Executive Director, the Community’s goals and objectives Assists Executive Director in developing and implementing organizational, financial, marketing plans, policies and procedures Collaborates with the Executive Director in preparing and controlling annual budget Evaluates the Community’s adherence to all applicable regulations and approved operating procedures Reviews Community’s liability, property, and compensation insurance coverage and provides recommendations to ownership Acts as an on-call resource to the Communities and Gardant on a 24-hour basis to address urgent matters Reviews and monitors account receivable activities at each Community to ensure collection and billing process/policies are adhered to Conducts formal performance evaluations at the end of the introductory period and on an annual basis Supports in the planning and provision of informational in-services and other staff development activities Participates in department manager interviews and the hiring process Monitors Community’s Quality Improvement and safety programs Maintains a schedule of on-site consultative visits with Executive Director and department managers Provides onsite day-to-day #J-18808-Ljbffr Gardant Management Solutions
