Pay $52 - $57 per hour Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday–Thursday (No weekends!) Monday: 7 AM–4 PM Tuesday: 8 AM–5 PM Wednesday: 8 AM–5 PM Thursday: 7 AM–3 PM 1-hour lunch break daily Requirements License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license. Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program (new grads welcome!). Passion for preventive care and patient education. Preferences Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented. Comfortable working independently in a low-stress, supportive environment. Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor. Job Description Provide one-on-one, high-quality preventive care (prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, etc.). Conduct thorough oral health assessments and personalized patient education. Take and interpret dental X-rays as needed. Screen for oral diseases and collaborate with our dentist on treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail. Foster trusting, long-term relationships with patients through compassionate communication.
