Deployment Strategist, (f/m/x) Germany - Hybrid - Agentic AI What you will do As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you are responsible for making AI deployments actually land. You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot & production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production. This is a hands‑on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end. Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts Translate customer needs into clear delivery plans for engineering teams Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout delivery Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended Monitor deployed agents and drive follow‑up improvements based on real usage Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers You will spend time onsite with customers, working through real constraints, answering difficult questions, and ensuring solutions deliver real value. Compensation Expected salary range is €100,000 - €150,000 gross per year . Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and expected impact.
