Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential elevator projects from planning through completion. This role works closely with sales representatives, builders, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.OverviewCoordinate with builders and subcontractors to communicate project requirements.Track job-site progress and collect information needed for manufacturing.Ensure job sites are ready for delivery and installation.Coordinate installation schedules and inspections.Work with customers to ensure code compliance.Partner with the factory to resolve project issues.Ensure projects meet company specifications, policies, and quality standards.Assist with developing new leads and business opportunities.What We Are Looking ForProven project management experience.Construction or residential project experience strongly preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Comfortable working with customers, contractors, and internal teams.Willingness to travel approximately 30%.What We Offer$65,000–$70,000 salaryHealth, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offTuition reimbursementFlexible spending accountEmployee assistance programOpportunities for advancementPartial relocation assistanceNo visa sponsorship available | Drug-free workplace
