In this vital role, you will report to the General Manager and oversee the planning and implementation of diverse programs tailored for residents. Your responsibilities will encompass assessing individual needs, utilizing the Welbi platform for activity coordination, and evaluating recreation services. You will also manage budgetary considerations and lead a dedicated team of volunteers.
