What You'll Do

• Educate and consult with individuals and families on financial strategies including cash flow management, infinite banking, and retirement income planning
• Conduct virtual meetings to present tailored financial solutions
• Follow up with warm leadsno cold calling
• Guide clients through financial products like indexed universal life (IUL), annuities, term life, and debt payoff programs
• Use CRM tools to manage client relationships and track performance
• Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship calls

Compensation & Perks

• Full-Time (3240 hrs/week): Common earnings $8,000$20,000+/month
• Daily Pay: Commission-based compensation, paid directly by carriers
• Performance Bonuses: Incentives, profit-sharing, and all-expenses-paid travel to 5-star resorts
• Pay Raises every 2 months based on performance
• No caps on earnings
• Health insurance options available

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator, especially over phone/Zoom
• Coachable, driven, and self-motivated
• Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
• Comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, CRM platforms)
• Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
