Diagnose customer equipment and provide repair estimates. Schedule customer appointments and communicate clear, realistic expectations. Recommend products to enhance the customer’s cycling experience. Possess advanced knowledge of bike repair practices and procedures. Ensure service paperwork is completed legibly, accurately, and filed accordingly. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements 2‑3 years bike mechanic experience. Must be able to stand for long periods, operate hand and power tools, lift and carry bikes and parts, and other equipment. Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
