Join our team at Centerstone as a Peer Support Specialist! As a Peer Support Specialist you'll assist participants in crafting treatment plans, maintain open communication with referral sources, engage in staffing for seamless continuity of care, provide crisis intervention when necessary, and promote recovery and resilience.
