Regional Supervisor

Spend 80% of the time in the field at their restaurants, and report to the corporate office (Monrovia) for meetings, 2 times a week. Position includes a company vehicle.
Reports to: Director of Operations
Bilingual Spanish is a big plus
Summary:
The Regional Supervisor is accountable for the performance of the Restaurant Management Teams in their area of responsibility. The Regional Supervisor ensures that each Restaurant Management Team is performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.
Key Responsibilities of the Regional Supervisor will include:
Must have experience managing multiple location.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations
Operational Delivery; exceeding Company operational targets, through ensuring a consistency of operation, product delivery, customer service and approach.
Profit Delivery; Achieving Site budgeted or forecasted Profit targets through ensuring all direct costs are managed effectively.
Customer Focus; Improve existing levels of service and create standards that deliver a quality customer experience every time, whilst managing standards and feedback accordingly.
People Management; Lead from the front, drive change and create a "will do" culture to the business, creating energy and focus for people to achieve outstanding results.
Providing support and guidance to all Managers within your area of responsibility.
Recruitment and development of management teams.
Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and supporting your employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering this.
Ensuring that your teams are achieving and exceeding financial and sales targets.
Ensure hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained to the Company's standard
Constantly reviewing key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to achieve operational goals.
Must meet the Company's Driver Qualification Standards.
Physical Requirements:
Stand for long periods of time.
Work around heat.
Work around others in close quarters.
Move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and Team Member work performance.
Perform job at a continuous high pace, under pressure, while maintaining quality & speed standards.
Any Candidate must be legally able to perform the duties of this position.
Experience required:
5-7 years previous restaurant experience required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
3-5 years in management positions (preferably multi-unit restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or convenience)

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage multi-unit restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution across assigned locations.
- Lead restaurant management teams to achieve financial, operational, customer service, and sales targets.
- Monitor labor, direct costs, profitability, service standards, and key business performance indicators.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and accountability to managers while supporting team development and operational improvement.

- 5 to 7 years of previous restaurant experience required.
- 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience required, preferably in multi-unit operations.
- Experience managing multiple restaurant locations is required.
- Background in full-service, fast food, quick service, or convenience food operations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, cost control, labor management, and team leadership.
- Ability to lead from the front, drive change, and create a positive, accountable, “will do” culture.
- Must meet company driver qualification standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods, work around heat, move throughout restaurants, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be legally able to perform the duties of the position.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual Spanish skills are a strong plus.
- Multi-unit restaurant supervision experience in a regional, district, or area management capacity.
- Experience recruiting, training, developing, and retaining restaurant management teams.
