Sun Powersports Colorado Springs is hiring a motivated Service Writer / Service Advisor to join our growing service department. This role is the communication link between our customers, technicians, and service team, helping keep repairs moving smoothly while delivering a professional customer experience from check-in to pick-up.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced powersports dealership environment. Motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side, or dealership experience is a strong plus, but the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are just as important.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet service customers and assist with repair order check-in
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests
• Build and manage repair orders
• Communicate updates, estimates, timelines, and approvals with customers
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service management
• Help schedule appointments and manage workflow
• Review completed work with customers at pick-up
• Maintain professional communication in person, over the phone, by text, and by email
• Support the service department with daily organization and follow-up

Ideal candidate will have:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Interest in motorcycles, powersports, or the automotive industry
• Previous service writer, service advisor, dealership, or parts experience preferred
• Motorcycle endorsement is a plus

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to multitask and prioritize throughout the day
