[Responsibilities]

- Architect, build, and deploy GenAI solutions using on-prem Large Language Models (LLMs) and infrastructure
- Create advanced chatbots, prompt engineering solutions, and natural language generation tools
- Develop and optimize data extraction and classification models for real-world applications such as fraud detection and prevention
- Monitor, fine-tune, and support models in live production environments to ensure high performance
- Analyze large datasets leveraging Hadoop and SQL for actionable insights
- Partner closely with data engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions
- Lead initiatives in model deployment, performance tracking, and iterative optimization

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 4+ years in AI/ML, Python, and data engineering roles
- 2+ years of hands-on production experience with GenAI, including model deployment, monitoring, and tuning
- Proficiency with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and Streamlit
- Deep expertise in data science, AI frameworks, and vector databases
- Practical NLP knowledge for text generation and chatbot development
- Strong abilities in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and SQL data analysis
- Demonstrated experience supporting live production environments and delivering robust AI solutions
- Authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship needs

- Prior experience deploying on-premises models and infrastructure
- Background transitioning from traditional ML to advanced GenAI/LLM projects
- Exposure to Hadoop environments and ETL pipelines
