Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort in every guest room and public area.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and address any areas needing improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to reach their full potential.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective usage.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and address any special requests or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and motivating a team within a hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations efficiently, ensuring timely task completion.
