We are looking for a talented, reliable, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness studio in South Tampa.
Our studio is a beautiful, relaxing wellness space with a calm, elevated atmosphere and a loyal client base for services like salt therapy, infrared sauna, contrast therapy, and recovery-focused wellness. We are now looking to grow the massage side of the business and need the right therapist who wants to build something with us.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a peaceful, professional environment and is excited about developing repeat clients through excellent service, rebooking, and client relationships.
Compensation
Pay is 50% of massage services plus 100% of tips .
Schedule
We are looking for someone who can offer at least two half-day blocks of availability per week .
This is an appointment-based role , so you do not need to be physically at the studio unless you have appointments booked. As the massage schedule grows, there will be an opportunity to add more availability.

Comfortable helping build repeat massage business
Willing to rebook clients and support studio growth
A good fit for a calm, wellness-centered environment
Experience with deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, prenatal, sports, or recovery massage is a plus.
About the Studio
Our studio is not a typical massage chain. Clients come here to relax, breathe, recover, and take care of themselves. The space has a peaceful South Tampa vibe, and our services complement massage beautifully. Many of our guests already use the studio for wellness and recovery, creating a strong opportunity for the right massage therapist to grow a steady book of business.
