Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

2-4 years of recent full service restaurant Manager experience
Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
Proven leadership ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Assist the General manager in hiring, training, motivating, coaching & developing staff
Ensure the highest quality of food goes out to every guest
Orders, Inventories, schedules, P & L and cost management
