New Pig is currently seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide world-class service to both internal and external customers regarding product-related informational needs, to assist with corporate projects and product training. This position requires a positive and detail-oriented individual who is focused on completing accurate work that is in accordance with standards and policies. Position located at our Duncansville, PA location. Shift is 8:30am-5pm. Responsibilities:Identifying and providing product solutions for customers based upon application and regulatory needs via phone, email, chat, and occasionally in personMoving customers through the buying journey from application discovery to closure of the saleAnswering technical questions about our product line to internal and external customersTroubleshooting and resolving product problems and issuesParticipating in new product development, including providing input for new ideas, participating in new product introductions, and providing post-launch supportAssisting in developing and editing technical information for the catalogs, website, content pieces and other promotional materialConducting research projects in support of market research, product development, product management, and marketingStaying up-to-date on product, industry, and regulatory subjects by completing research and trainingAdhering to New Pig's Safety, Environmental, and Quality standardsAll other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Safety Science or related field preferred, though candidates with a strong combination of relevant experience, technical product support, field experience, or industry-specific training/education/experience are encouraged to applyPrevious experience supporting technical products or specialized customer inquiries preferredAbility to understand, explain, and apply environmental or workplace safety regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyNew Pig is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
