Your client will trust you to develop and execute system transition plans to transition system from development to operations and sustainment. You will work with system testers, operators, and sustainers to develop and help implement transition and sustainment support strategies and participate in transition planning working groups. The world can't wait.You Have: 5+ years of experience with large-scale mission, and systems engineering and integration on national security programs2+ years of experience developing system transition and sustainment plansExperience with stakeholder engagement, project management, and communicationsKnowledge of system engineering management and processes, including development phasing, lifecycle integration, requirements development, analysis, testing, and integrationAbility to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goalsAbility to be highly motivated and work independently with a dynamic environment and contribute to the DoD missionSecret clearanceBachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science fieldNice If You Have: Experience working with DoD and Space Force system testers, operators, and sustainersExperience performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systemsExperience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02Knowledge of DoD systems engineering principles and policiesAbility to develop written artifacts supporting Space OperationsTS/SCI clearanceMaster’s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science fieldINCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
