Account Manager / Project Manager

Account Manager AlphaGraphics Central Business District | Las Vegas

AlphaGraphics is looking for an organized, customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help clients bring their ideas to life while managing projects from estimate to delivery. You'll work with a talented production team and develop long-term relationships with businesses throughout Las Vegas. What You'll Do

• Manage customer projects from estimate through production and delivery
• Build relationships with existing customers and help grow their business
• Follow up on inbound leads and opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and project communication
• Consult with clients and recommend products and solutions
• Prepare estimates and enter orders accurately
• Coordinate with our production team to ensure successful project execution
• Use CRM and MIS systems to manage customer relationships and project details
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services when opportunities exist

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and desire to serve customers
• Printing or graphics experience is a plus, but not required
• Account management or customer service experience preferred
