As an Entry-Level Sales Coordinator, you'll learn the fundamentals of insurance sales, business development, client relationship management, and territory development while working directly with small and medium-sized business owners.

As an Entry-Level Sales Coordinator, you'll work within a designated territory and engage directly with business owners and key decision-makers .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory

• Prospect for potential clients through phone outreach, referrals, and other business development activities

• Conduct business-to-business cold calling and outreach

• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and key decision-makers

• Learn and present supplemental insurance products and coverage options

• Identify client needs and help provide personalized coverage solutions

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients

• Set and attend follow-up appointments with prospective and existing clients

• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who may benefit from additional service

• Build and maintain your own book of business

• Respond to client emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

• Participate in scheduled team meetings, coaching sessions, and training

• Manage your weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager

• Track and submit daily sales activity and performance metrics

• Work toward individual and team sales goals

• Candidates with less than 4 years of professional experience may be considered if they have relevant or specialized outside sales experience
