Job Requirements

• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Minimum of 2 years of cardiology experience
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility through IMLC LOQ
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with Cerner preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relational skills with patients and staff
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Willingness to complete required credentialing and onboarding promptly

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general cardiology care for adult patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient and inpatient setting as assigned
• Perform cath-related care for the physician’s own patients when applicable
• Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Document patient encounters accurately in Cerner
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams
• Deliver high-quality care aligned with clinical guidelines and best practices
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness throughout the assignment
