About the Role:
Hasty Enterprises Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Experienced Electrician Residential Crew Leader to join our team in Chipley, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to take your electrical expertise to the next level by leading a crew and delivering top-quality residential work. - Lead and supervise a residential electrical crew on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential properties including wiring, panels, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and building plans
- Ensure all work meets NEC code requirements and passes local inspections
- Coordinate daily crew schedules, assignments, and job site logistics
- Mentor and train apprentice and journeyman electricians on best practices
- Communicate project updates and progress to management and clients
- Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- Proven experience leading or supervising an electrical crew
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations in Florida
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
