Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician in the industrial food industry. This position involves moving between different buildings either by walking or driving. No prior professional experience is required; we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow.Key Responsibilities:Learn and assist with various maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, building repairs, plumbing, equipment servicing, and general upkeep.Gain experience with forklift operations (experience a plus, but not required).Provide excellent customer service and uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail.Qualifications:Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and equipment.Ability to work flexible hours as needed.Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.Strong customer service orientation with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to remain calm under pressure.Requirements:Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record.Benefits:This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth and development.
